The project was to subdivide one (1) existing single parcel into 12 parcels for future single-family residential homes at 1414 E Street in the City of Sacramento. Cartwright services included boundary/topographic survey, ALTA survey, tentative map, preliminary grading/drainage layout, preliminary sewer/water layout, on-site and off-site construction documents, a final subdivision map, and construction/bid assistance.
